Here's what nosotros did:
We started past taping off the face expanse of the arts and crafts stick. The kids painted the whole stick ruby, and and then removed the record. I used my hair-dryer to speedily dry the paint and so there was no waiting around to movement on to the side by side step.
Then they glued on a pom-pom lid, a cotton wool ball beard some googly eyes.
We were using paint brushes with small pots of glue when nosotros were crafting today. Y'all can certainly use the glue straight out of the bottle for this.
A few buttons down the front end of Good Old Santa Clause, and voila!

And THOSE were so cute, nosotros decided to extend the activity and make some popsicle stick reindeer too!
To brand your Popsicle Stick Reindeer:
No need to use tape for your reindeer. Just paint the whole popsicle stick chocolate-brown. And so cutting a pipe cleaner in half and twist it a bit to class the antlers. A bit of mucilage from a hot mucilage gun volition hold those in place.
What practise y'all recall? Aren't they just adorable? I am in beloved with these petty guys!
